When does my warranty start?

Your workmanship warranty begins on the date of project completion, as documented in your final invoice.

Is the warranty transferable?

Yes, our workmanship warranty transfers to new property owners if you sell your home within the warranty period. Simply notify us of the transfer.

What about normal concrete cracking?

Hairline cracks are normal in concrete due to shrinkage and curing. These are not covered under warranty. However, significant structural cracks from improper installation are covered.

What if an issue occurs after the warranty expires?

We value long-term relationships. Contact us and we'll work with you on a fair resolution, even after the warranty period. Your satisfaction matters.
